How to use: To make the most of the qualities of the product, we recommend a teaspoon of oil per person. It is perfect as a condiment for croutons, fillings, appetizers, first and second courses, omelettes and as a base for all truffle dishes.
Use sparingly to top soups, sauces, potatoes or pasta. Pour gently over appetizers, cooked meats or pizza to add a hint of truffle before serving, or give it a gourmet twist by using a few drops on homemade French fries.

Organoleptic characteristics: This extra virgin olive oil flavored with black truffle has an intense and earthy flavor: a little is enough to obtain a great effect! Its scent is musky and fruity, while the taste is complex, decisive and enveloping, faithful to its fungal family.
