Who we are

Hi, I'm Roberto Ugolini, founder of the company Truffleat Srl, which has been operating in the marketing of fresh truffles and exclusive high-quality Italian products, with and without truffles, for over 10 years.

The truffle market is booming, with a growth trend of at least 12% per year. Our company deals with the supply of gastronomic products for the Horeca and Retail channels: condiments, salt, sauces, snacks, extra virgin olive oil, pasta, with and without truffle.

In Italy, as we know, each region holds unique treasures for its own cuisine. Each ingredient has its importance, not just the chef and grandma's secrets! I personally went in search of these treasures, one by one, meeting each producer, tasting each product to verify its goodness, and subsequently creating the three exclusive lines that I am about to present to you.

We offer three lines of Italian excellence: the first dedicated to truffle lovers, the “ LINEA TRUFFLEAT ”, the second designed for those who are passionate about the excellence of Italian cuisine, the “ LINEA UGOLINI ”, and the third, the “ LINEA CAVIAREAT ”, for those who love caviar.
