Excellent as a condiment for crostini and bruschetta, for stuffing appetizers, for stirring risottos and pasta, for enriching meat and egg main courses, or for adding a gourmet touch to omelettes and sauces.

How to use:
To fully enhance the product's characteristics, we recommend using 15-20 g of cream per person. Heat in a pan for 5 minutes, adding only salt and a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil. Do not boil. Ideal for crostini, appetizers, first and second courses, omelettes, and as a base for all truffle preparations.

Porcini mushrooms (Boletus edulis and related group), cultivated mushrooms (Agaricus bisporus), sunflower seed oil, white truffle 1% (Tuber magnatum Pico), salt, flavouring, ascorbic acid (E300).
